2.2 Setting Programs-----------------
To set programs, edit any program that is named PROG1 through PROG6. In the first line, insert the program. Example:

PROGRAM:PROG1
:prgmXXXXX
:Return

When you press any number when you activate the program menu (^) in COS, you associate a program with it.
Here are the associated slot/programs:
Slot 1...........PROG1
Slot 2...........PROG2
Slot 3...........PROG3
Slot 4...........PROG4
Slot 5...........PROG5
Slot 6...........PROG6
Of course, your Slot # could be renamed too. Look under 2.1 for information on renaming. Example:

You already activated the start menu. You want to run a game called Penguins. You press the ^ key and press 1 (You renamed Slot 1 to Penguins). Then it reads the data from PROG1 which has 'prgmPROGPENG' in it. It runs Penguins.

3.1 Earlier Versions-----------------
*1.0 - Nongraphical. COS 1.0 was editable so you can add your program list to it. It contained only program lists, and shut down.
*1.2 - Added a screensaver.
*2.0 - Nongraphical. COS was not editable. You ran the programs from an external program. It had a screensaver, shut down, and about.
*2.1 - Fixed the 'wipe out your memory' bug.
*3.0 - First graphical OS for COS. It was non-editable. You ran the programs from an external program. Had no start menu. You pressed the top Graphing Keys (Y=, Window, Zoom, Trace, and Graph) to get around COS.
*3.1 - Shortened the code a bit.
*4.0 - Graphical with start menu and mouse. The mouse was a bit slow to use. Had screensaver, shut down, and you ran programs through a external program. At this time, I released COS Networking Client 1.0 and COS Networking Server 1.0.
*4.1 - Fixed a bug. The mouse would run off the screen into 'foreverness'.
*5.0 - WOW! This version!
